We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2022, at the age of 76, Michael G. Reecht of Overland Park, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael G. Reecht to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Reecht and Irene Reecht (Dallas). He is survived by : his wife Suzi; his children, Chris Reecht (Jenni) of Overland Park, KS and Carrie Votypka (Will) of Overland Park, KS; his granddaughters, Ashley, Ellie, Maggie and Charlotte; and his brother Ken Reecht (Sherry) of St. Louis, MO.. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29th 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Archangel Catholic Church (14251 Nall Ave, Leawood, KS 66223). A mass of christian burial will be held on Thursday, December 29th 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Catholic Charities of Kansas City, or St. Pius X High School in Festus, MO, two places Mike held in high regard.
