Alumni Ambassador Committee
The Alumni Ambassador Committee will supplement the Academic, the Athletic, and Advancement calendars throughout the year providing an alumni presence for on-campus events such as but not limited to Open House, High School Nights, Frosh Fest, Trivia Night, Auction, Homecoming, special athletic events, etc. This committee will host families for recruitment gatherings and assist in coordinating class reunions with the assistance of the Alumni Relations Coordinator.

Finance and Gifting Committee
The Finance/Gifting Committee shall assist the administration with planned giving including but not limited to the Day of Giving in coordination with the Roman Catholic Foundation, The Lancer Fund, and other gifting options.
Preservation and History Committee
The Preservation and History Committee will build a decades history from 1959; design an electronic record available on the St. Pius Website/Alumni Site; build a list of alumni careers and degrees (technical, college and advanced degrees), document any Veterans recognition, and document any Awards such as but not limited to Hall of Fame. Design and maintain a campus location for physical documents.

The Spiritual Committee is designed within the tradition of the Communion of Saints. This committee will be responsible for recognizing and honoring deceased individuals and families of St. Pius X, for example, coordinating a prayer service for alumni and student body in November, establishing an online Book of Life to honor St. Pius alumni and families in November; organizing and offering mini-days of reflection, for example, Women Issues/Male Initiation, Mindfulness/Meditation.

The Volunteer/Service Committee shall organize and provide on campus workgroups in conjunction with school maintenance staff; organize and provide educational classes for alumni, current student body and local community; assist the school with career planning for students, for example, career days and career networking with alumni.
