The SPAA exists to support, promote, and enhance the overall experience of St. Pius X students through volunteerism, community engagement, and financial support. All efforts of SPAA are aligned with the mission, values, and Catholic identity of St. Pius X.
Involvement is integral to the success of our school. Each St. Pius X family is required to complete six (6) volunteer hours per school year. Volunteer opportunities can be found on the St. Pius X website.
A $300 volunteer fee will be charged during the registration process for all families.
If the required annual six (6) volunteer hours are not completed, a $300 fee will be charged each year.
Volunteers are the heart of nonprofit organizations like St. Pius X. Your time and talents strengthen our ability to serve, expand our impact, and advance our mission of Catholic education. Simply put, when many hands come together, we can do more.
We understand how busy life can be and how challenging it is to balance work, family, and daily responsibilities. At St. Pius X, however, we are one Lancer family, a school rooted in service. Our students are formed in a culture of giving, with service as a graduation requirement and a core value. Parents play a powerful role in that formation. When you volunteer, you lead by example and inspire your child to live a life of service, both now and in the future.
So, how can you help? St. Pius X hosts many events throughout the year that depend on volunteer support. Major fundraising events, such as the Legacy Gala Dinner Auction and the StPX Golf Tournament, require help with setup and teardown, including tables, chairs, decorations, and food service. Our campus is also home to countless academic, activity, and athletic events. Volunteers are needed to welcome guests, operate concession stands, and manage event entry.
With over 100 home events each year across activities and athletics alone, every role matters. Whether you're cleaning up after an event, running concessions, or helping behind the scenes. Your presence truly makes a difference.
Together, we strengthen our Lancer community, serve the greater good, and build a stronger St. Pius X.
