Lancer For a Day is a great way to experience our wonderful student-teacher relationships, life in the hallways and the camaraderie students share during both their advisory and their lunch period at St. Pius X.
- 7th and 8th grade students may spend the day with us
- Lunch is provided
- Please have students wear school uniform or dress clothes
- Students may be picked up in the main office at 2:45 pm
8th Grade Day - Wednesday, October 16, 7:45 AM - 2:45 PM
8th grade students from both public and parochial schools are invited to join St. Pius X students for a fun and informative day in the middle of Homecoming Week. Students will sit in on classes, meet faculty, staff and current students, take part in Homecoming games and more.
Please note that 8th graders from Holy Child Catholic School (Arnold) and St. Joseph Catholic School (Imperial) will be brought to campus by bus as part of a field day, and do not need to register seperately. All other students who wish to attend can register at this link.
Open House - Sunday, October 27, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Parents as well as students are encouraged to attend this event, which includes opportunities to meet faculty, staff, coaches and students. You can take a tour of campus and learn more about life as a Lancer from our team of student ambassadors. We also hold a drawing for a one-year partial tuition voucher.
Spring Open House- Tuesday, March 10, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
This spring event is for students in grades 5-8 who have not yet visited St. Pius X or wish to do a follow-up visit with their parents. Campus tours and chats with student ambassadors and faculty are available.
7th Grade Shadow Week - March 16-20, 7:45 AM - 2:45 PM
Held in the spring, this event allows visitors to interact with faculty and current students as they work on fun projects in a variety of academic disciplines in addition to having lunch and learning about our college placement process.
Fine Arts Festival - Thursday, April 30, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
This event includes the annual Senior Art Exhibit and Awards as well as a spring concert from our music program and select performances from members of St. Pius X Circle Theater.
