He is survived by a daughter: Haley Doan of De Soto; Haley’s mother, Kelly Lamb; Haley’s grandmother, Lorraine Megl; two sisters: Katie Doan of Poplar Bluff and Lisa Doan of St. Louis; and a long-time companion: Anna MacLachlan of Arnold.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Leo and Roberta “Chick” Rulo.
A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, Oct. 25, from 2 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
