Joseph C. Mayer, 77, of House Springs died Feb. 7, 2025, at his home. Mr. Mayer worked as a production manager for J.D. Streett and Co. He was Catholic and served in the U.S. Air Force. Born Nov. 2, 1947, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Helen (Goeke) Mayer and Joseph Mayer.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years: Patricia (Keller) Mayer.
He is survived by two children: Michelle (Tim Kennedy) of St. Louis and Angie Mayer of House Springs; three siblings: Brad Mayer of Arnold, Jeff (the late Laura) Mayer of Florida and Barbara (Clayton) Oliver of Hillsboro; and many other family members and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
